HOW DO I GET IN TOUCH TO ASK A QUESTION?
You can email us: email@example.com or telephone 0116 2519232. If you wish to write, then our address is 5 Fox Lane, Leicester, LE1 1WT. Please mark your letters for the attention of Mr. Tom Brucciani.
WHERE CAN I COLLECT MY CAKE?
All cakes make be collected from Brucciani, 10 Churchgate, Leicester LE1 4AJ. You will need to drive up Belgrave Gate, round the the corner near the Clock Tower and park in the loading bay opposite our shop, approximately 40 metres on the left. Please note that you can only wait in the loading bay while you are collecting your cake. In our experience, the traffic wardens will allow you a few minutes to pick up a cake, but they are quite strict if you take too long
CAN I HAVE MY CAKE DELIVERED?
We are sorry, but we do not offer delivery on our cakes shown here. Because we make each cake to order, delivery would mean sending out our van drivers on a special journey each time. We do not have enough people to do this, nor would it prove economic. For larger cakes in excess of £100, we do offer a delivery service but this is restricted to within Leicester.
CAN I HAVE A SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT CAKE?
We do offer a bespoke cake service, with infinite variations available and we cannot include all of the possibilities on our website. Therefore, if you would like a different style or design of cake, then please get in touch directly via email or phone 0116 251 9232
HOW DO I LOOK AFTER OR STORE MY CAKE?
If you have ordered a fresh cream cake, then you need to keep it refrigerated below 7ºC until serving. We recommend you do not leave it unchilled for longer than 4 hours total and that you keep it in its container in the fridge to prevent it drying out.
If you have ordered a novelty cake or buttercream cake, then please do not keep it in the fridge – the air in the fridge is very dry and will make your cake dry out too quickly. Keep the cake in its container until needed and store it in a dry place which will not get too warm and where it is not likely to be knocked or damaged.
